Tell us where you are from and what you are studying at Virginia Tech.

Originally from Detroit, Michigan, I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Currently, I'm pursuing a Masters of Engineering.

What you enjoy most about being a Virginia Tech student?

The faculty's academic depth and breadth create a challenging yet enjoyable learning environment. Taking courses from world-leading experts in their field is challenging but fun.

Tell us about your research at Virginia Tech.

My MEng project focused on a human-machine trust model, specifically related to autonomous search and rescue drones. Collaborating with Collins Aerospace provided practical insights from industry professionals.

What advice would you give current and upcoming ECE graduate students?

Attend social events, plan your studies early, and don't hesitate to seek faculty guidance.
